The Marine Mammal Center sent three teams to take part in the 2011 Maui Channel Swim - one of the most famous open water relay swimming competitions in the world! They battled bad weather, braved big waves and fought stiff competition all to help the Center build an urgently needed hospital for the Hawaiian monk seal - the most endangered seal in US waters!
