Sex & the Sea
Just in time for Valentine's Day...
an evening full of marine mammals and mating habits
Wednesday, February 6, 2013
As the Bloodhound Gang song so poetically goes, "You and me baby
ain't nothing but mammals". Marine mammals have their own special ways
of showing love, and some pretty incredible behaviors and traits to help
them make love too! Did you know that walruses actually have a penis
bone? And that bone is 18 inches long! Otters definitely like it rough
(at least the males do) as during sex they bite the nose of their
mate! And find out which animal in the animal kingdom has testicles
that weigh over 500 pounds each!
Join us for an evening of "Sex and the Sea" to hear all you've ever
wanted to know about the mating habits of marine mammals, and probably a
few things you didn't. In a relationship? Bring your partner. Single?
Bring your wingman, or "flipperman" in this case, and learn what's sexy
in the wet and wild ocean. Light refreshments will be provided. Leave the kids at home, this event is for adults only.
(Gift Shop open until 6:30pm)
Please RSVP -- For Adults Only -- This event is FREE for members, suggested donation of $5 for non-members.
